Terms of use

         1. Occupancy:

• The accommodation is strictly reserved for guest listed in reservation to property at any time.
• The maximum occupancy is 2 people per bedroom.

2. Rental periods schedules

• Minimal rental period during high season (July 1^st-August 31^st) is 7 nights.
• Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is until 10am. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment.

3. Terms and conditions – Prices and surcharges

• Confirmed booking have a fixed price and cannot be changed.
• Extras to be provided, consult prices
• Waiver of 7.00€ per person is non-refundable, and charge is added to your booking. This covers you for accidental small damages during your occupations.
• Damage deposit is withheld on your credit card. If no breakage is reported and the property is not left in an untidy heap damage deposit will be released in full.
• If keys or remotes are lost or not returned charges will apply accordingly.

4. Payment terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 45% of the total is to be paid within 5 working days of the verbal/written agreement to secure the booking.
• Due balance (55%) is payable until 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• Payments are to be made by bank transfer.
• Payment made from a none-EU accounts may incur bank fees accordingly with the issuing bank that are deducted on our side (from the amount we receive) and for that reason must be covered by the client.
• We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment terms are not fulfilled.

6. CANCELATION TERMS

• 65% cancelation fee – 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival date
• 85% cancelation fee – 5 weeks (35 days) before arrival date
• 100% cancelation fee – 4 weeks (28 days) or less before arrival date

 All cancelations must be confirmed in writing. 

7. Behaviour/ Maid Service

• Neither Fegan Villas nor the owner of the property will be held accountable for any damages caused by clients’ improper use of the property. They will also not be held accountable for any failure of external service providers (i.e., gas, electricity, water, telephone, and internet.)
• Maid service – is available between two and five days a week, except on weekends and public holidays. Some properties may not include maid service. Daily maid is variable and is indicated in description of property on our website or can be informed at time of booking. Extra maid service can be requested if required, extra charge applies.

Note: Maid service includes making the beds, changing towels and linen, mopping the floor, cleaning toilets and kitchen. If maid is turned away, she will not return due to scheduled workload.

• Properties are professionally cleaned upon your vacation, but cleaning surcharge will be charged if the property is not left in a clean and tidy manner with all furniture in original position, place dishes in dishwasher and remove all rubbish. We check the house thoroughly before your arrival but sometimes we miss less obvious things if you notice any broken or damaged property, please let us know asap or we must assume it occurred during your stay which will affect your bond refund.
• It is the guest responsibility to take their rubbish to the local bins during their holiday and at the end of their stay, otherwise charges will apply.
• Guests are expected to have consideration for others. If behaving in way that causes disturbance, distress, or damage to others and / or property. Fegan Villas reserves the right to cancel your holiday arrangements with no refund or compensation.
• You are strongly recommended to take either holiday or travel insurance.

8. Liability

• Fegan Villas is under no liability, in the event of cancellation, withdrawn or alteration of any arrangements or any losses or accidental expenses caused by reasons of force majeure events include acts of war, terrorist attacks, epidemics, pandemics like COVID-19, death, labour strikes, riots, crime or property theft, acts of God, natural disasters (like blizzards, earthquakes, or hurricanes), or acts of terrorism.
• Fegan Villas will not be held liable for roadworks, public works or building works that may occur within the area. Although if we are informed in advance of any works, we will notify you.
• Fegan Villas is covered by liability insurance.
